Biggest update ever.

Major changes: customizable toolbars, whiteboard, toggleable timestamps, persistent DLL support. Minor changes: menu bitmaps, 24-bit color codes, syntax hiliting and autoindent for the script editor, default values for AddScriptControl, lots of scripting additions. Bug fixes: focus, tab bar, script editor, <OnDCCRequest>, resizing scrolled-up windows, menu items run in the correct channel.

Next Version

Look for the same channel list window and server links window I promised last time, completely implemented whiteboard and toolbars, and who knows what else.

Expected Lifetime

Three or four weeks.
