Major changes: new tab bar (docks on the side now), channel control dialog (topic, modes, ban list), DDE server. Minor changes: /exec, fixed and improved /dde, better behavior when the default script is missing, rearranged help menu, various scripting and OVS changes, easier to fit new controls on ViRC's forms, script editor remembers your last place. Bug fixes: script editor, text scroller, DCC chat actions.

Next Version

Look for a channel list window, server links window, and toolbars.
