UI features: New icons! Toolbar hotkeys, new windows don't pop up while you're typing, window tabs can be docked left/right without rotating, URLs can be opened in a new browser window, fixed pitch font attribute, table layout now shrinks large columns when possible, and more.

Bug fixes: ViRC works on Windows 95 again, several nicklist fixes, several virc.lib message fixes, DCC Resume works with certain DCC bots, font character set is now saved, and more.

Next Version

This is the last Release Candidate. The next version will be the full 2.0 release.

Expected Lifetime

The 2.0 release will be out by January 17th.
